Fitness @ the Saville Sports Centre

The Saville Sports Centre Fitness facility is located on the 2nd floor. Overlooking the curling rink, this 4,000 sq.ft. facility is well stocked with a wide variety of cardiovascular and strength training equipment.
 
This facility is designed serve the fitness needs of Saville members, community members, U of A Faculty, staff and alumni.

Peak Performance Summer Conditioning Camps for Youth

The summer months are a great time for youths to enrol in a conditioning camp to help get them ready for their upcoming fall/winter sport season. The Peak Performance conditioning camp operates throughout the entire summer with weekly sessions to accommodate your training needs as well as holiday planning.
