 Fitness Programming

The SSC Fitness Centre offers a variety of fitness programming including Yoga, Bootcamp, Core Stability, Pilates, Butts and Guts, Power Hour, Youth Orientations to the Fitness Centre. There are a number of new programming options at the SSC this Fall!!

Beginner Yoga

Length: September 13th – October 25th (5 sessions)

** This is a class for individuals of all types and levels of fitness. Power Hour is a bootcamp/crossfit style of class that will prove to be challenging to all participants. The workouts will include cardiovascular activities, strength and endurance training, core/stability exercises and flexibility. Guaranteed to find that noon hour sweat!!


Pilates

NEW! Lengthen, Strengthen & Tone your muscles with our new Pilates classes. This class was designed to help you improve posture, muscle-tone, core strength and flexibility, all while using your own body weight. Great for all levels of fitness, beginners to advanced, with moves that allow you to work at your own pace, but challenge yourself at the same time. The class is a combination of Stott, Winsor, and Power Pilates.
